Hue & You – Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and services booked with Hue & You (Maria Curley), including online and in-person colour analysis and style consultations. By booking a session through my online calendar or directly with me, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Appointments & Services
Appointments are offered for services such as colour analysis, virtual colour analysis, and style consultations.
The exact service, format (online or in-person), and duration will be confirmed at the time of booking.
I reserve the right to update or refine services over time. Any changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.
2. In-Person Sessions & Travel
In-person appointments are available within West Oxfordshire and selected surrounding areas.
If you wish to book an in-person session, please contact me beforehand so we can confirm:
- whether a home visit in West Oxfordshire is suitable, or
- make arrangements if you are based further afield.
Any additional travel costs or arrangements will be discussed and agreed in advance of your appointment.
3. Online Sessions
Online sessions are usually held via video call (for example Zoom or a similar platform).
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for the session.
Please join the session on time and in a well-lit, quiet space to get the most from your appointment.
4. Booking & Payment
Appointments are booked via my online calendar or by direct agreement with me.
Payment details and pricing will be clearly communicated at the point of booking.
In most cases, payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
As a general guide:
- Changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment may usually be rescheduled.
- Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
I understand emergencies can happen; please contact me and I will do my best to find a fair solution.
6. Lateness & No-Shows
If you are late, your session may need to be shortened while still ending at the scheduled time.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.
7. Health, Comfort & Boundaries
Colour analysis and style services are non-medical and are offered to support confidence, clarity, and personal development.
If you have any accessibility or comfort needs, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate them where possible.
8. Photography & Marketing
During your session, I may ask for permission to take photographs to support your personal colour record.
Explicit consent will always be requested before using any images for marketing or social media.
9. Client Materials & Follow-Up
Any digital resources or notes provided after your session are for your personal use only.
They must not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal details are collected for the purpose of managing your appointment and providing your service.
Your information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary for service delivery.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version active at the time of your booking will apply.

13. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds Before the Appointment
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
Refunds After the Appointment
As colour analysis and styling are personalised services delivered in real time,
refunds cannot be offered once the session has taken place.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund. A reschedule may be offered at my discretion.
Missed Appointments & No-Shows
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
Deposits (If Applicable)
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if adequate notice is given.
In-Person Sessions & Travel
Travel-related fees are non-refundable once travel has taken place or arrangements have been made.
Consultant-Cancelled Appointments
If I need to cancel, you will be offered a new appointment time or a full refund.
